8 hrs CPR & First Aid Training 

This class is approved by Community Care Licensing and Emergency Medical Safety Authority (EMSA). Medic First Pediatric Plus CPR, and AED First Aid training is an 8 hour course offered in two parts. Part 1 is online course. Part 2 is a skills demonstration which be held on Saturday's between 9:30 am-12:30 pm at an onsite location (TBA). Students
must complete both sessions to receive a certificate. Certificates and stickers are given upon completion of skills demonstration. Class dates are listed in the registration link.

We must receive your registration and payment at least 8 days prior to the class. Any registration received after the deadline will be denied approval. You must enroll again for the next class. You will receive an email with the enrollment confirmation and the class curriculum one week prior to the course date.

This class is approved by Community Care Licensing and Emergency Medical Safety Authority (EMSA).This training curriculum provides the 8 hours of EMSA approved, Preventive Health training required for child care licensing. The core content of the Preventive Health and Safety training curriculum is arranged into three modules: Module 1: Prevention of Infectious Disease; Module 2: Prevention of  Injuries; and Module 3: Nutrition. This curriculum is used for training child care providers who are new to the field or experienced early care and education professionals who are taking the course to refresh their knowledge and assure they are up-to-date.

BLS American Heart Association Training

HeartCode BLS is the AHA’s blended learning delivery method for the BLS Provider Course. Blended learning is a combination of eLearning in which a student completes part of the course online in a self-directed manner, followed by a hands-on skills session. HeartCode BLS is the online cognitive portion of BLS blended learning. It uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students BLS knowledge and skills.

Mandated Reporter Training

AB 1207 – California Child Care Workers: Mandated Reporter Training Update. This Child Care Worker Training does satisfy the requirements of AB 1207 Mandated Report required by Community Care Licensing. Click on the Mandated Reporter Training image to register for this class. 

Seizure First Aid & Safety

Knowing how to help someone during a seizure can make a difference and save a life. While everyone should know basic seizure first aid, becoming Seizure First Aid Certified takes you further. You will learn how to recognize signs of a seizure and how to use the basic first aid steps in different settings, for different seizure types and when medical help may be needed. Seizure First Aid Certification Training is offered online with instructor-led webinars. It will also be available through in-person trainings with your local Epilepsy Foundation.

CANCELATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you contact us via email (Providers4qualitychildcare@gmail.com) at least 24 hours before the class date you are eligible to enroll in the next class. If the class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified and enrolled into the next class.
